Beeswax has a unique combination of waterproofing and breathability properties that work together to keep your food far fresher than your typical plastic wrap. Many fruits and vegetables release gases as they ripen, plastic wrap traps those gases and moisture in, causing your food ripen, wilt and become soggy. Conversely, beeswax allows your fruits and veggies to breath and releasing those trapped gases.
These beeswax wraps are made of completely natural materials that will biodegrade. They’re 100% compostable—meaning you can feel comfortable knowing that they disintegrate into natural elements.
Beeswax wrap variety packs are a great gift for family or friends and have many uses:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Beeswax wraps will last up to a year or more with proper care.

- Eventually your beeswax wrap will reach the end of its life when it no longer sticks to itself. At this point, you can simply place it in the compost

- Uncooked meat (i.e fish, raw steak)
- More than 1 month in a freezer
Things to be aware of:
- While you break it in for the first few uses the beeswax will leave a slight residue on your hands and dishware
- If not cared for properly and cleaned regularly, beeswax wraps can mold
